Ashley Deppeler Claims Executive

Ashley joined MBIB in June 2022 in the newly created Claims Executive role for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania based clients.

Ashley has previously worked at major insurer IAG specialising in catastrophe claims for corporate clients, including working on the ground in affected areas following the 2020 Victorian bushfires. In previous roles, Ashley also has experience in Customer Relations and claims handling for an insurance underwriting agency specialising in trade and construction. Ashley also has a Business Degree from Griffith University.

With a passion for claims and an emphasis on customer advocacy Ashley’s role is to obtain the best outcome for MBIB clients when it comes to claims while making your experience as smooth as possible.

Outside of work Ashley is an avid traveller, scuba diver, long suffering Essendon fan, and former stand-up comedian.
