Scott Francis Business Development Assistant

Scott joined MBIB at the beginning of 2023 as Business Development Assistant.

Working closely with our brokers and eligibility teams, Scott is responsible for contacting MBA members to let them know about the insurance offerings available through MBIB. Scott is well regarded within our team for his enthusiasm and drive to help members understand how partnering with our specialist construction broking team can benefit their business. 

Experienced in a broad range of customer service and sales roles within the insurance, retail, and waste management industries (Logistics & Operations), Scott has hit the ground running and already demonstrates excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting MBIB benefits to members.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travel, food and footy (AFL).
