Workers Compensation NSW – Introducing icare 29/10/2015

From 1 September 2015, WorkCover NSW has been replaced by 3 new government agencies as part of the changes being made to the Workers Compensation system in NSW.

 

The 3 new agencies, separating insurance and regulatory functions, are set out below.

 


These structural changes are embodied in new legislation - State Insurance and Care Governance Act 2015.  Existing agencies come under one of these new agencies.
