SA Building Indemnity Fee Changes with effect 01/01/2017 22/12/2016

MBA Insurance Services would like to thank you for your ongoing support of our business, and MBASA.

Like any business, the cost of providing our services continues to rise each year, particularly in relation to Building Indemnity (BI) insurance, which is not a ‘set and forget’ type product like most other insurances. Within BI we continue to offer free services such as regular builder reviews, however in light of the fact that we haven’t increased our fees for over seven years, we are introducing a new schedule of fees for job specific applications, effective from 1 January 2017.

Any job specific applications received after 1/1/2017 will have the revised fee schedule applied. 

Fees for other services such as new eligibility applications, limit amendments or reviews whilst remain unchanged, may be priced subject to application.
