Our National Home Warranty Administration Team enjoyed an afternoon of training with Customer Service superstar Monique Richardson this week. The session focused on Managing Challenging Conversations and the team was equipped with tools and strategies to help them in their day to day conversations.
This team on average receives over 2,000 inbound phone calls a month, as well as handling a high volume of email queries and making their outbound calls and processing thousands of certificates each year, so they look forward to utilising their enhanced skills in continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for MBAIS clients.
Following the training session, Monique commented ‘I always love working with teams who are so engaged and willing to learn, thank you all for your contributions throughout the session’.
