Make a payment

MBA Insurance Services are committed to ensuring our clients have access to the latest in payment technology, taking the fuss and confusion out of making your insurance payments.

The following payment options are available to enable you to pay your insurance in a convenient and secure manner. You can now pay your insurance by;
  • credit card, either over the phone or via the Internet (click on link below),
  • BPAY from your cheque or savings account,
  • cash, cheque or EFTPOS at Australia Post
  • mail payment by cheque

Credit Card - Internet


To pay your invoice online via credit card click here and enter the DEFT reference number found on the front of your invoice.

Payments via credit card will incur a surcharge that is paid directly to the merchant (see details below). This payment is via the DEFT payment system and as such will appear as 'Deft Insurance' on your statement.

Credit Card - Telephone


To pay your invoice via credit card over the telephone call 1300 78 11 45 and follow the prompts. 

Payments via credit card will incur a surcharge that is paid directly to the merchant. This payment is via the DEFT payment system and as such will appear as 'Deft Insurance' on your statement. 

MBAIS accept the following credit cards.
  • Visa 1.5% surcharge
  • Mastercard 1.5% surcharge
  • Amercian Express 3.3% surcharge
  • Diners Club 3.773% surcharge

BPAY


To pay via BPAY refer to the Biller Code and reference number on the front of your invoice.

Australian Post


To pay in person via cash, cheque or EFTPOS simply take your payment and MBAIS remittance slip from the bottom of your invoice to any post office.

Please make cheques payable to 'DEFT Payments Systems for MBA Insurance Services'.

Mail


Detach the MBAIS remittance slip from the bottom of your invoice and mail with your cheque to:
