Vero to exit Home Warranty Insurance
Vero has announced its intention to withdraw from the national builders Home Warranty insurance market effective from 1 July 2010.
This development seriously undermines the sustainability of the current privatised home warranty insurance arrangements.
MBA Insurance Services in conjunction with Master Builders Associations are holding a range of discussions with key stake holders within government and the insurance industry with a view to providing certainty to clients and members as quickly as possible.
In the interim we remind clients and members that hold builders warranty eligibility through Vero that it is business as usual up until 30 June 2010.
MBA Insurance Services together with Master Builders Associations will continue to keep the market appraised of changes to the privatised home warranty schemes as they occur.
