Jadran Sango - National Business Development Manager

Jadran Sango began his insurance career in 1989 with NZI Insurance as an underwriter. In the following 20 years Jadran refined his insurance expertise and client service skills in a broker environment. Jadran has held a number of senior positions working for an international broker and another association based insurance broker.

In 2005 Jadran joined the Victorian branch of MBAIS with responsibility for servicing and developing Corporate Division clients and has fostered extensive relationships within the building & construction industries.

Jadran has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) and understands customer expectations in relation to the delivery of superior insurance broking services.

Bill Korakis - Business Development Manager (NSW)

In 2009 Bill joined MBAIS as the NSW Business Development Manager with the prime responsibility of driving the development of MBAIS in the State.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics), Master of Business (Banking & Finance), and is a Fellow (CIP) of ANZIIF. In addition, Bill holds a Diploma of Financial Services as well as various industry association memberships in the banking and insurance sectors. Bill is the current Secretary of the NSW Engineering Discussion Group.

Bill is passionate about New Business Development, Relationship Management and has a strong interest in the discipline of Enterprise Risk Management.

Paul Mencev – Business Development Manager (WA)

Paul joined the team in October 2010 and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry with 15 of those years specialising in Construction.

Paul’s most recent position was with an international brokerage firm whose focus was on large one off mining and civil infrastructure projects in Western Australia. Paul has an in depth knowledge and understanding of residential and commercial builders, with significant expertise in Home Warranty; a product he has been involved with since 1996. Paul’s ability to understand accounting financials helps solve many problems builders face with obtaining eligibility and major growth in turnovers.

Paul is impassioned about providing traditional good old fashion service and assisting Western Australian builders with their concerns and needs. Paul’s view to his role is that “Insurance is risk solutions that we buy on behalf of our client’s requirements; not something that we sell to you”.

Paul holds Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) and is near completion of his Diploma in Business (General Insurance).

Leeanne Farmer – Business Development Manager (Northern NSW)

In 2011 Leeanne joined MBAIS as Business Development Manager (Northern NSW) to ensure that Regional Areas of New South Wales were given access to Senior Qualified Broking Staff for their insurance requirements. She is in charge of driving the Northern Regions of New South Wales from the Central Coast of NSW to the Queensland Border.

Leeanne has over 22 years experience in General Insurance. She has extensive product knowledge across all lines of General Insurance to enable her to assist her clients including risk management.

Leeanne is able to review insurance programs to identify risk areas and to advise clients on ways to reduce those risks.

She is very well qualified holding  an Advance Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), and is also a  Fellow of the National Insurance Brokers Assocaition (NIBA).
